Shipping Policy
Please note that all items sold on our website are subject to shipping cost being added.
We use professional furniture removalists and also deliver in our own van. We will dispatch your order within 2 business days and it will be delivered within 7 business days in Metro Melbourne. Delivery time outside Metro Melbourne will depend on size/weight of the product and the delivery location. You are always welcome to email us for advice prior to any transaction has been completed.
Shipping outside Australia varies from country to country and we strongly suggest you contact a freight company or broker in country of delivery.
Note for items being shipped outside Australia there may be customs tax, import tax or/and duties. These potential fees are the responsibility of the buyer and we are unable to answer export related questions as the laws / guidelines change from country to country.
Payment Terms
Payment options
The payment methods for purchases currently available on distinkt.net.au are PayPal, credit card (processed via PayPal) and direct bank transfer.
All prices listed on distinkt.net.au are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.
Credit card payments
You enter your credit card (Visa) details on our secure payment pages. The data is sent encoded directly from the SSL system to the credit card institute. Following a successful credit card examination, the invoiced amount is automatically and immediately debited. With the transaction completed, we then process your order within the specified delivery time.
PayPal payments
For PayPal payments, you will be directed to the PayPal payment pages. You specify your account information there and confirm payment to distinkt. A settlement is immediately arranged.
Direct bank transfers
For direct bank transfers, use distinkt’s bank account details provided at the time of order confirmation. The order will be processed once the money have been received.
Return Policy
We want you to shop with confidence and hope you will love the products for years to come. However, should you wish to return your product we offer a 30-day return policy from the day of purchase.
We will refund you the purchase price for the actual product, we cannot refund shipping costs.
In the case of a faulty product, we offer refund within 30 days including shipping costs.
All refunds will be made after we have received the item and inspected it.
Timing
All the product featured on our website are stock items and can be delivered within days (Australia only). If you order a specific piece of furniture not featured on our website, lead time will apply.
Actual lead times can vary based on product availability, shipping, customs clearance, weather, and a variety of other factors.
