Knud Vinther

Knud Vinther’s background is somewhat different from other designers. Nevertheless, Vinther has become a respected furniture designer and known for his natural and organic designs.

With a degree in commerce, he started his career in product and graphic designs. In 1984 he won 1st price for an invention of a furniture and shop assembly system. This system was later patented in eight countries.

Vinther later decided to focus on furniture design and left the IT and graphic design field. He has a great passion for steel and rattan.
